Terms and Conditions

The General Conditions for Visitors VSCD apply. These have been registered with the Clerk of the Court’s Office in Amsterdam under number 268/2002. Should you wish to possess a copy of the conditions you can order it in digital form here.

The making of audio or visual recordings is forbidden.

Mobile telephones must be turned off in all the concert halls. Smoking is only allowed in those foyers where this is clearly indicated. Large bags, parcels, umbrellas and similar objects must be left at the cloakroom.

Any possible change of programme does not result in any right to restitution. It goes without saying that the concert organisers do everything they can to reduce the number of any possible changes to an absolute minimum. The most up-to-date information about programmes can be found in our newsletter and on our website.

On occasion, concerts are recorded for radio or television broadcasts. Here too, everything possible is done to ensure minimal inconvenience.
