Seating Categories

The Concertgebouw has a category system with regard to seating in the Main Hall. There are a number of seats with limited visibility (marked in yellow on the print version of the seating plan), these seats will be on sale for a reduced price. These 2nd category seats will not be listed seperately in the program listings. For concerts of a primarily vocal character, piano recitals and amplified concerts, seating on the stage will be sold as 2nd category seats. The prices of these 2nd category seats will be listed with the associated concerts, and it is also possible to order them online or in writing.
