Latest news: The Concertgebouw will remain closed until April 27th
The Concertgebouw will remain closed to the public until at least April 27th. Ticket buyers will be informed as soon as possible about the settlement of tickets purchased for cancelled concerts. For the period after April 27th, we are awaiting the decision from the government. The most recent information can be found on this page.
Please notice: as of Tuesday, September 29, you must wear a face mask when entering and leaving The Concertgebouw, and when you move through the building.
Corona measures are in effect during all concerts in The Concertgebouw.
Originally planned concerts
The originally planned concerts (this means the concerts that were planned for the 2020-2021 season before the start of the corona crisis) until April 2021 have been canceled or moved. Tickets for rescheduled concerts remain valid on the new date. All customers with tickets for these concerts have now been informed by e-mail about the cancellation or rescheduling of the concerts.
We looked for alternative dates for as many concerts as possible. Given the enormous amount of concerts in The Concertgebouw, it was not possible for all concerts to reschedule unfortunately.
Voucher, donation or refund
If we are unable to move your concert(s), or if the new date is not convenient for you, we will of course offer you compensation for the tickets you have purchased. For this, we follow the national initiative "Save your ticket, enjoy later" which was presented by theaters and concert halls. More information can be found on www.saveyourticket.nl.
You can choose for a voucher, a gift or a refund of your tickets. Ticket buyers (for concerts up to December, 31) have received an email with the instructions and the link with which you can complete the settlement of your concert tickets of your choice online.
Concerts after April 27th 2021: not on sale
The situation after April 27th 2021 is still uncertain. Tickets for concerts after April 27th 2021 are therefore not on sale at the moment. The Concertgebouw follows the RIVM guidelines when deciding whether and in what form concerts can take place in the autumn.
The Concertgebouw is in close contact with the authorities and follows developments closely. You will find the most current information on this page.
