The Concertgebouw and the coronavirus

- most recent update: Wednesday September 15 -

Mandatory corona test certificate

The current measures make it possible for The Concertgebouw to organize concerts in which the full hall capacity is used. It is mandatory that visitors (13 years and older) show a corona test certificate or EU Digital COVID Certificate (DCC) at the entrance. There is no need to keep distance in the building. You can take your drink into the hall and you choose your own place in the hall. This means that it is possible that you will sit right next to other visitors. Because everyone in the building had to show a corona test certificate, it is safe to sit right next to other listeners.

It is not yet clear for how long the situation mentioned above will last. Visitors who have bought tickets for concerts in the upcoming period will be informed about the obligation to show a corona test certificate or EU Digital COVID Certificate (DCC) at the entrance. If you are unable or unwilling to show this certificate, unfortunately we cannot grant you access to the building, but you will of course get your money back.
