Basic corona measures

Due to the increase in corona infections, we ask you to observe the basic measures again:

  • disinfect hands on entry
  • cough and sneeze into the inside of the elbow
  • do not shake hands
  • stay at home in case of symptoms

Are you unable to attend because of a corona infection? If you contact the box office before 4.00 p.m. on the day before the concert, it may be possible to convert the amount paid for your tickets into a credit. You can reach the box office by telephone via the Concertgebouw line: 0031 20 671 83 45, available daily from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm.
