Times are subject to change
At the request of Mustafa & Ramy, this is a phone-free evening. No audio or video recordings are allowed. Special Yondr pouches are available to store your smartphone (or other devices such as AirPods or smartwatches).
Upon arrival
1) Have your ticket scanned (from your phone or printed).
2) Immediately after scanning your ticket, pick up your Yondr bag and put your phone and any other devices in it.
During the evening (before and after the show)
In principle, you keep the Yondr bag with you. You may also leave it in the cloakroom at your own risk. If you need your phone during the evening, there is a special phone use area: the Mirror Hall (separate foyer on the ground floor). Upon arrival, your Yondr bag will be opened here and upon departure, your Yondr bag will be closed again.
Upon departure
When leaving The Concertgebouw, you can open your Yondr pouch at one of the exits, take out your belongings, and return the Yondr pouch. Staff members are available to assist you if necessary.
If you need your phone for medical purposes or have another necessary reason for having it available, you can indicate this to the staff member on site and you will be granted an exception and given a wristband.
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask one of the Yondr staff members on site.
For more information about Yondr pouches, see their website https://www.overyondr.com/phon...
Due to the Yondr pouches, it is not possible to pay with a mobile phone, so we ask you to keep your debit card with you. The bars and merchandise are PIN only (no cash).
At the request of Mustafa & Ramy, no alcohol will be served.
