Great Pianists in the Recital Hall

Get ready for a musical journey of discovery in the Recital Hall, where passion, technique and beauty come together. The impressively talented Aristo Sham, winner of the prestigious Van Cliburn International Piano Competition, opens the series with Chopin. The Pole’s appeal is irresistible to pianists. Arsenii Moon, laureate of the Ferruccio Busoni International Piano Competition, will also perform music by the composer who wrote the most flamboyant works for 88 keys. 

Edison Award winner Jeneba Kanneh-Mason also brings Chopin to the stage: his magnificent ballades. Promising pianist Magdalene Ho, from Malaysia, combines Schumann with Liszt. Former Rising Star Lukas Sternath, praised for his technical finesse and boundless energy, performs Liszt alongside Schubert. Four of the five pianists are making their debut in the Recital Hall.
