Doctor Iza looks after as many as a hundred different animals in her home. Together with her cheerful parrot Sanchi, who is always perched on her shoulder, she nurses sick animals back to health. One day, she finds a monkey called Chico, who is suffering from terrible stomach ache. Doctor Iza can’t figure out where he’s come from, because there aren’t any monkeys living on her island at all. Doctor Iza examines Chico thoroughly, but can’t find anything wrong. But then the chatty parrot Sanchi suddenly says: ‘Maybe Chico is homesick? You should take him home, to his parents in the jungle.’ Together with Sanchi and Chico, Doctor Iza sets off on an exciting journey full of new friends... and dangerous, wild animals.

They learn about the most beautiful sounds and modern and ancient masterworks from near and far in a playful manner. Please note: narration during these concerts will be in Dutch.
