Keep the New Year’s Concert on TV!
Thanks to the television broadcast, the Netherlands Wind Ensemble was able to reach a wide audience with this concert. However, due to budget cuts in the television sector, the concert was in danger of being taken off the air. Fortunately, the ensemble has managed to retain its airtime – now it’s just a matter of securing the broadcast itself. That is why the NBE has launched a crowdfunding campaign to raise €70,000. Please help ensure that the New Year’s Concert on 1 January 2027 is heard not only at The Concertgebouw, but also in living rooms across the Netherlands.
