The ‘Scherpdenkers’ (‘clear thinkers’) series presents stories and music that provide food for thought. Tonight, writer, actor and director Ramsey Nasr joins Calefax Reed Quintet. Ramsey Nasr’s love of music knows no bounds. His apparently uncontrollable CD acquisition syndrome has resulted in a collection of over 12,000 classical CDs. What does he get from it? Nasr will share his day-to-day cares with us, to the sounds of Shostakovich and Roukens.
After the concert is over, have a drink (included in the ticket price) and chat about what you‘ve heard.
