The Dutch Felbm (alias of Eelco Topper) has been making an international stir since 2018 with instrumental music in which he fuses acoustic and electronic elements into intriguing compositions. For his new album winterspring/summerfall, for a year he kept track of his observations of nature, processing them into an eighty-minute timeless suite. He performs this work live tonight in the Choir Hall with a trio of double bass, piano and flute. On 21 September, a fitting date, because of the autumnal equinox!
