This concert has no intermission
On Sunday, May 4, we collectively experience the two minutes of silence at The Concertgebouw via a live stream from Dam Square. With music as a universal language, we commemorate those who gave their lives for freedom and peace. After the two minutes of silence, the Dutch pop artist Spinvis, together with the young Academists of the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra, will let music speak. This is more than a concert: an ode to remembrance, resilience and freedom.
