Sale starts at Tue, Aug 12, 2025, 10:00 AM
It's becoming a real tradition: Concertgebouw OPEN! This year, you can once again enjoy wandering through The Concertgebouw. With mini-concerts by the Music Collective Amsterdam ensemble, Noa Wildschut & Thomas Beijer, Lilian Farahani, Hamraaz, and ZO! Talent Choir, among others.
There will also be audio tours, family concerts, and a body percussion workshop for children. Have your photo taken on our famous conductor's staircase or win concert credits on our wheel of fortune. And there's much more, all during Concertgebouw OPEN.
On Saturday, September 6, The Concertgebouw will once again open its doors wide! For a delightful afternoon filled with music, everyone is welcome to come and listen to mini-concerts featuring a wide variety of sounds in all the halls, corridors, and foyers. Concertgebouw OPEN is free! You do need to reserve a free ticket with the time you want to enter. And then you can stay as long as you like!
There is plenty to experience musically during Concertgebouw OPEN! Wander around the Concertgebouw and enjoy family concerts such as Mijn Magische Tuin and Sofie ontdekt Zuid-Amerika. Or let yourself be enchanted by piano sounds in the Main Hall during an OPEN edition of Piano Nights. Or be overwhelmed by the ensemble Music Collective Amsterdam. For a more intimate experience, enjoy classical chamber music by soprano Lilian Farahani and pianist Maurice Lammerts van Bueren in the Recital Hall. In this hall, you can also delve deeper into the notes during Classical Highlights with violinist Noa Wildschut, pianist Thomas Beijer, and presenter Camiel Jansen. Or let yourself be carried away by the surprising sounds of Hamraaz, NABOU, and Kishna Ensemble in the Choir Hall, the Mirror Hall, and the Antichambre. Through the audio tour (bring your earphones!), you can discover more about the building itself, and for the little music lovers, there is a body percussion workshop. And oh yes, there is much more to do!
